We value your trust in Delta Med. Please review our refund policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and product inspections.
Delta Med accepts returns of unused, undamaged products in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customized or made-to-order scrubs are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Delta Med by filling out the return form on the website. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return shipping, insurance, and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be received in resellable condition with all original accessories and documentation.
A restocking fee of 20% applies to returns within 15 days; a 30% fee applies for returns between 16 and 35 days. No refunds are issued after 35 days.
Credits will be issued after inspection of the returned merchandise, typically within 3–4 weeks. Refunds exclude the original shipping fees. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 10 working days of receipt for replacement or refund.
Used items and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or refunded.
