We want you to love your Delta Med scrubs. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ve made returning or exchanging items simple and stress-free.
Our Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer easy exchanges or returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- To start an exchange/return, email us at support@deltamed.com or use the link in your order confirmation email.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
- Size and color exchanges are FREE on your first request.
- Customized or embroidered products are not eligible for return, except if there’s a manufacturing defect.
